WHAT WE DO

iKas International is a specialist IT recruitment consultancy focused on the financial markets, specifically major blue chip investment banks and their retail banking functions; niche trading houses; hedge funds and consultancies. We have an in-depth understanding of the markets we work and the information technology that they use. Our team of experienced consultants have a proven track record of successfully delivering both permanent and contract IT professionals to high profile client base.

Our services are broad and deep, providing technical specialists for software application and delivery infrastructure, through programme and project management expertise, business analysis and senior management specialists across all business areas within the organisations we recruit for.

We understand the importance to our customers, candidates and colleagues, in strategic relationship building with key decision makers, to ensure an informative hiring process. To that end we tailor our methodology accordingly and our portfolio of services also includes interim management, executive search and campaign management.

HISTORY

iKas International was founded in 2004 to deliver a higher quality of IT recruitment into the financial markets by providing a true consultancy to both candidates and clients. With experienced and knowledgeable consultants within this specialist market iKas has grown significantly to be considered supplier of choice to a number of leading Investment Banks delivering on a contract, permanent, contingency or search basis.

In 2008 iKas launched in Asia, with locations in Hong Kong and Singapore to support an ever global client base offering the same high level service with local knowledge

iKas International successfully deliver both permanent and contract IT professionals on a contingency basis to a number of leading blue chip organisations. Our well established team is able to deliver on a wide range of client's needs and by being pro-active with them, investing considerable time and energy in order to better understand the requirements it allows us to market opportunities effectively and screen candidates to the highest possible level.
