Head of CRM Technology - Banking - Hong Kong

At the core of the banks global operations is the CRM platform which houses client data imperative to driving the business. Our client are seeking a seasoned manager to run and build out their existing application.

Job Description:-
* The Solutions Manager will take ownership of projects and people to build new functionality into the CRM existing platform used across the business
* The role will involve understanding and delivering on strategic business initiatives as well as tackling the technology challenges around large, data driven applications in APAC and globally
* Management of a team of outsourced developers in China
* Ownership of the end to end product delivery
* Managing business stakeholders where appropriate and working with a senior team of technology managers to understand and drive business strategy through technology
Skills Required:-
* Very strong experience managing data driven projects in a financial markets environment
* Experience managing onshore and offshore development teams
* Demonstrable experience of managing budgets, resources and planning
* Good knowledge of financial markets gained from working in either an investment bank or other financial environment
* Good understanding of CRM, datawarehouses or large scale MI reporting systems
