IT Programme Manager

Tier 1 Investment Bank based in Canary Wharf requires experienced IT Programme Manager to join a niche back office IT function within a Private Equity Business.

Essential Skills: Advanced delivery track record in end to end programme and project management systems within a corporate environment, including: Facilitating project / prioritisation meetings; managing stakeholder relationships; project and development task / activity tracking and reporting; effective management of vendors and vendor applications; application integration projects; experience working within global teams.

Desirable skills: Exposure to Financial Reg Reporting Data Warehousing and SAP FICO and BI modules.

The role sits within a team that supports a range of IT development and support services to a range of back office and Private Equity businesses. The role will focus on the delivery of key projects, systems and applications within a Global Marketing Management System Programme. The team sits across multiple global locations in EMEA and Asia, with the key strategic members sitting in London and the support functions sitting abroad.

Day to day responsibilities to the role will include: programme and project initiation, analysis, tracking, escalation and delivery; working with senior stakeholders, SME's and a range of globally dispersed IT teams. You will also be responsible for man managing a specific middle office IT team, including personal development and mentoring, as well as overall responsibility for the team's deliverables.

This role will suit experienced Programme Managers who have a proven track record of delivery of large scale IT programs of work within complex large scale financial services organisations. You will also be a proven man manager of developers and support staff.
