Rapidly-growing investment bank who are becoming a major player in global markets are currently hiring an accomplished core JAVA developer to develop a new position keeping and trade capture system for their FX eCommerce business. This business is largely new for the bank and most of the systems have been developed from scratch in the last 12 months. The business sit very close to technology and frequent interaction with the trading floor is required.

Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include:
* Contributing to the overall design and development of Real Time solutions for FX Trading, Risk Management, Booking, and Pricing.
* Working with other team members to ensure high quality software development in line with the agreed strategic approach.
* Perform initial integration testing of own work to ensure a complete and correct solution in addition to assisting official support and test teams in performing their functions.
* Identify business, technology and people risks associated with a solution.

To be successful you must have the following:
* Excellent core Java.
* Significant experience designing, implementing and delivering multithreaded, distributed high-availability, low latency and Real Time software.
* Experience working closely with other developers using an agile software development approach.
* Experience effectively applying technology best practices and processes to a high-paced organization.
* QA Automated testing and process.
* Capital markets and eCommerce background is highly desirable.
