Peoplesoft GL Technical Specialist

PeopleSoft GL Technical Analyst required by large Investment Bank, based in London, to perform business analysis on projects in the Financial Accounting IT department to implement changes in PeopleSoft General Ledger and related systems.

You will have recent and extensive functional, technical and product knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials, particularly General Ledger. Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in a number of PeopleSoft Financials modules. Analysis skills to define functional and technical requirements related to PeopleSoft Financials enhancements and changes. Knowledge of PeopleSoft development tools in particular AppEngine, PeopleTools. Good SQL skills in Oracle databases.
You will require the ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.

Within this role your responsibilities will include providing high quality analysis of business processes, system configuration and technical requirements for projects to implement changes to the PeopleSoft General Ledger. You may be also be responsible for integration testing of interfaces, reports and customisations.
