For the role of Senior Recruitment Consultant we are looking for successful individuals with a demonstrable track record of placing IT professionals into the financial markets sector, who are keen to develop their careers with an organization that places a high level of importance on building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

iKas has an enviable position of 1st tier supplier status with a number of the leading global Investment Banks on both a permanent and contract basis and as such provides the opportunity for consultants to maximize their potential with an established and proven client base.

The position will require
Development of strong client relationships with both line managers and Human Resources.
Ability to manage high volume recruitment clients.
Mentoring and leadership skills.
Ability to perform a 360 recruitment role.
