This front office technical lead will be responsible for managing a team of 10 people team in a cross-business utility function that builds, supports and enhances systems. Within the role you will have full responsibility and accountability for project plans, budgets and headcount across all Singapore initiatives. A key goal is to work towards aligning the Emerging Markets technology stack with the global strategic technology stack and track work to support deliverables to the Singapore businesses. The successful candidate must be able to lead and mentor a small team and have an in-depth knowledge of Fixed Income (Ecomm) Front Office business. From a technical stand point you must have an appreciation of multithreaded real-time low latency Java development and be able to advise others on architecture and design.
